Our step-by-step process makes ordering online simple and hassle-free!  Once an item is added to your cart, our system will lead you through a series of prompts that will allow you to customize and confirm your order before payment and delivery.

Quality Assurance (Fabric)

As we cannot assure the consistency of color displays between differing computer monitors, we recommend you request a free swatch of the fabric you wish to purchase, in order to verify the color of your custom made product.  Up to 8 swatches can be requested for evaluation purposes; any additional swatches will cost [$2] each.

Shipping and Handling

Once an order is completed, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided. Merchandise will be sent to the shipping address provided, and will take 3-5 days via CanPar for delivery. Shipping charges will apply, and are to be paid in full when the order is placed.

In-Store Pick-Up

Orders placed online can be picked up at the nearest C&M Textiles Store near you.  Please see Our Store Locator for store locations. Telephone notifications will be sent once your order is ready for pick-up.

Return Policy

Custom-made and/or cut fabrics cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged, therefore, it is essential that the client is absolutely certain of their purchasing choices and specifications prior to finalizing and order.  Please ensure all measurements and specifications are correct.

 Important that you are sure of your purchase decisions prior to finalizing your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the measurements given to C&M Textiles are correct.

Customer Satisfaction

C&M Textiles takes great pride in the high value we place on our customers’ satisfaction, therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with your order within 30 days of receiving it, please contact our Customer Service Department at 514-272-0247 and our representatives will do whatever possible to remedy the situation, conversant with our Policy Guidelines.

C&M Textiles provides up-to-date and competitive prices on all its fabrics, and reserves the right to revise its prices at any time, without prior notice.

Please note that in the event of a discrepancy between the actual price list and the website cost, the actual price list will be honored.  Further, please note that prices displayed on our site do not include hardware, delivery, installation or tax costs/calculations.
